1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use govern the conditions for using the meonavilla.com website (“Site”). The Site is operated by Meona Villa.

 

2. Use of the Site

Your access to the Site content is subject to the following conditions:

  • You may use the Site content for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

  • You may not use the Site for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these terms.

  • You may not engage in any action that disrupts the operation of the Site.

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs, etc.) belongs to Meona Villa or is used under license. This content:

4. Booking and Accommodation Conditions

4.1 Booking

  • Reservations can be made in writing (email, WhatsApp) or by phone.

  • A prepayment is required to finalize the reservation.

  • Prepayment Rate: 50%

  • The remaining balance is collected upon check-in.

4.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • 100% refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before the stay date, provided there is a force majeure event.

  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior; however, date changes are possible.

4.3 Property Rules

  • Check-in: 14:00 | Check-out: 12:00

  • Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability.

  • Maximum Capacity: 5 people.

  • The house must be returned in the same complete condition as delivered.

  • Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas.

  • Pets: Accepted with prior notification.

5. Payment Conditions

  • All prices are in Turkish Lira (TL).

  • Prices shown are inclusive of VAT.

  • Payment Methods: Bank transfer, EFT, credit card (limited).

  • Foreign currency calculations are based on the daily Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (TCMB) rates.

  • Seasonal price changes may apply.

6. Limitation of Liability

Meona Villa cannot be held responsible for:

  • The absolute accuracy of information on the Site (though we strive to provide the most up-to-date data).

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

  • Content on third-party links.

  • Indirect damages arising from the use of the Site or force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).

  • Loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

7. Guest Responsibilities

  • To compensate for any damages caused during the stay.

  • To use the facility with care and attention.

  • To be respectful of neighbors and nature.

  • To comply with fire safety rules.

  • To declare accurate identity information (Legal requirement).

8. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Instagram. Meona Villa is not responsible for the content of these links.

 

9. Modifications

Meona Villa reserves the right to change these terms of use without prior notice. Changes are effective from the date they are published on this page.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of use are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Rize Courts and Execution Offices are authorized to settle any disputes.
